> Can someone comment on how the 1/2 gram/gallon compares to the .06% thymol
concentration from the ARS study?

By memory

1 gallon = 3.8 litres.
1 litre = 1 kilo = 1000 grams
1 gallon = 3800 grams

1 gram in 3800 grams = 0.026%
1/2 gram in 3800 grams = 0.013%

roughly 1/3800 is 2.3 times less than 0.06% ARS, and 1/2 a gram is 4.6
times less
