For information on bee stinging and the entire subject of apitherapy- suggest to contact the American Apitherapy Society.  The AAS is a non profit research and information organization that does not make any claims about safety or honeybee products but is the best source for information.  Membership $40/yr includes quarterly journal, discount on books and other materials and workshops.  Visit the web at www.apitherapy.org
