Hello All,
We have had many a discussion on the subject. Reps of the Albert Einstein 
archives have said there is no record of Einstein saying man would only 
survive four years after the bees are gone.

So jokingly we (on Bee-L) have attributed the saying to Fred Einstein ( no 
relation to Albert) a beekeeper selling honey at a farmers market.
