If you look at "regression" it seems to be more "natural selection" than
anything to do with the cell size.
Both processes involve selecting from the survivors over a several year
period. Just with small cell, you decrease in cell size. When you look at
most that make it, it is still the bee and not the cell. Usually it is
Russians.
It is only when controls are introduced, like any good scientific trial,
that small cell fails.
