SHB appears to be limited to certain areas in Calif--perhaps soil moisture
or humidity.

Fire ant elimination appears to be working in the northern half of the
State.  Is an ongoing effort, but so far, surprisingly successful!  Helps
greatly to not keep introducing it to almond orchards via out of state bees.
