Over the next couple of days I will draw up the list (have to check 
to be sure it is correct) and then send it out. The History Committee 
(Richard Veit, Chair) is working on such lists (e.g. meetings, Past 
Presidents, etc.) to put up on the SHA home page so they will be 
available and can be updated.

Point: The first meeting was NOT in Dallas, Texas (1967), that was a 
founding conference, but rather was in Williamsburg, Virginia (1968). 
I missed that one because I was a graduate student in California (= 
poor) but have attended all the others except for two (Ottawa and Oakland).
