Dear Colleagues:
Dave Orr and I are organizing a session on grand estates and country houses for the 2010 SHA conference. The theme is open but think about issues of power, class, hierarchy, resistance, landscapes as theater, etc. We still have some open slots. If you are interested in participating let me know.
All the best,
Rich Veit

Subject: Time Team America---Call for Sites for Season II
Dear Histarchers,
This is a second call for Time Team sites for the spring/summer of 2010. Since we only spend 3 days on a site, we prefer multi year projects that could benefit from a wide range of remote sensing surveys. One of our goals is to leave the project archaeologists survey data that can be ground truthed in the future.
If you are interested in submitting your project for consideration or would like more information about the show, please contact me off list at [log in to unmask]
For those of you have already submitted your projects, thank you, I have forwarded your site descriptions on to PBS.
