If a mid-aged bee practicing hive cleaning, then not likely to share at
all. If it gets sick, then again its behavior will change, and it will stop
or reduce food sharing.
However, not trying to argue against your point. The transmission of
nosema, the foulbroods, and viruses in largely by the oral/fecal route.
