I will second this and also add that I appreciate others inputs as well.  I 
have learned things of value that I have incorporated into my beek operation

If the weather permits the Florida guy to graft the queens from his 
resistant stock, the cells will be coming back with me in warmed sawdust.
Last year I lost the majority of the cells.
