Hey - three more things to mention to Eric:
• we still have the old website for the work: http://ltc.smm.org/artandscience/
• J. Newlin led that effort and many of the previous efforts to incorporate and adopt work from artists into the Museum
• Studio 3D ( started by Natalie and Molly Reisman - with yours truly coming in after to manage) was an effort to collaborate with the Walker Art Center... Steve may have been at the WAC at that time...

Other than the longstanding work of the exploratorium, and the work of the Art and Science Collaborative Inc, I am looking for substantive examples of contemporary art exhibitions at science centers. I'd be grateful for any leads/pointers/urls/etc
