Yes, I saw it (and BTW am a fan of David Suzuki).   1.  It should be
pretty easy to obtain a good copy from the CBC, perhaps even from
their website; try going on line to their website, etc.   2.  I don't
remember any inaccuracy.    3.   Was amused to see familiar people in
the Guelph portion.   4.  The crisis/whodunnit perspective I found
mildly objectionable, but maybe necessary for dramatic interest.   It
seems to me common sense that, if I was a honey bee, a. wouldn't like
being shut up and carted around on a truck; b. would enjoy lots of
different pristine blossoms; c. maybe most important would prefer not
to have a dadgasted varroa mite approximately the size of a guinea pig
(pet cat?) permanently attached to me and sucking my blood.   I used
to spend a lot of time on the flea-wars:   keeping cats and dogs off
the sofa, washing their bedding every two weeks, vacuuming every week
and burning the bag, and was so thrilled when the first premises-spray
came out (zapped the flea larvae) that after first reading about this
in The Globe and Mail, phoned the vet, and the vet staff behaved as if
we'd all won the lottery.  (We've come a long way in the flea-wars,
since then!)  Well, if I feel like that about fleas on my dog, how am
I going to feel about varroa mites on my bees?   Screen bottom boards,
file folders slathered with Crisco, brood box frames fitted with
drone-comb, etc.
