In this case, yes. Will let you know if they chew it. The reason that I'm
using is because in the new Remebee Pro trial that I just set up, I wanted
to lessen the cold stress on the single-deep colonies in the trial (I
normally only overwinter doubles). Blueboard directly over the frames was a
quick and inexpensive method for doing so.
However, I've toyed with the idea for some time, since the top combs
experience thermal stress both summer and winter.
