ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

The Open Exhibits (openexhibits.org) community has been highlighting/sharing examples of exhibits that incorporate new technologies including QR codes and various forms of content and interaction for multi-touch and mobile devices, e.g.:

Open Exhibits is an NSF-funded initiative to develop and share open source code and exhibit templates. In general, I'd recommend Open Exhibits as both a source for info including recent research and showcases of current tech-infused exhibit elements and also as a source for museum-based developers who have the ability to work with the open source code and templates provided on the site to streamline their own development process. There's also a community of more than 1000 members who are working on innovative exhibits that incorporate technology in cool new ways.
