Hi John

The former Executive Vice President here at Shedd, Debra Kerr, has her
own consulting firm.

She'd be great for your second process, Strategic Plan. That's just
what she led here, and very successfully I might add.

Here's her contact info

Subject: Strategic Planning firms

Colleagues:

Nauticus, the National Maritime Center, in Norfolk, VA, is about to
undergo a transformational planning period. We will be soliciting and
reviewing consultants for three sequential (and most likely, separate)
processes:

- a branding initiative and marketing plan;

- a strategic plan; and,

- a master site plan for both our campus and the exhibits.

Have any of you recently (past 5 years) completed planning in any of
these three areas? Would you be willing to recommend your consultants
for their work?

If you think it appropriate, reply by listserve, but perhaps more candid
responses should come to my e-mail at [log in to unmask]

Thanks.
