Hello Nancy -

We are in the process of developing a traveling exhibit on the evolution of corn (maize), which will look at farming practices, global uses, food production, uses of maize through time, biofuels, as well as genetics and the evolution of maize. We will be using sustainable materials to produce the exhibit. What time frame are you looking at for hosting the exhibit, if that's what you are doing?

Cheers -
Carlyn

I am looking for information on available traveling exhibits on food, especially exhibits that deal with issues of sustainability, poverty, hunger, and ethics. Any information would be welcome,
