We hope to see our paper concerning CCD published on line by Mid-October
(before the 15th). I will send out a notice to Bee-L when it appears,
although Juanese may pick it up before I do - he's amazing.
Once the paper is published, we can freely discuss it. The timing should
be good - I've three bee conventions coming up, and I want to discuss our
findings with beekeepers.
I will be at the MT State Beekeepers Annual Meeting in Kalispell, MT (near
Glacier Park) Oct 16-17 - presenting this work on Oct 17.
I will be at the Cranbrook British Columbia Honey Producers AGM meeting,
Oct 21-23, Cranbrook, Canada; again discussing this work.
Then, its the Alberta Beekeepers Convention, Edmonton, Alberta, Nov 1-3,
for a new audience.
So, our MT beekeepers will hear it first, then the Canadians.
I'm looking for a slot to speak at the National Bee Conventions in TX,
haven't heard back from the organizers. If I don't get a slot, I'll be
holding a meeting in the lobby :).
