Please clarify this. If they "need to get the vet out, they go to market"?
Certainly makes me want to stay away from organic meat.

Bill, if an individual needs the vet (while the rest don't) that animal
should be kept out of the breeding pool, so as not to pass that weakness on.
It a bit rough and ready, but good to make the point - make the new
generation only from the strongest.
But they pretty much all end up in the market eventually - your
'non-organic' steak might also have had a dozen infections by the time it lands on
your table.
Are you sincere in saying you're not following the general idea here?
