Hi,

Any museum development directors or departments willing to share their
time guidelines when being asked to raise funds for specific exhibits or
projects? We are still writing and implementing our policies here, but I
know I need something on paper to prevent the "creative folks" from
giving me a six figure goal at the last minute, like three months before
an exhibit opens.

A year minimum, I am thinking, from the time the exhibit is booked or
created, the budgets are complete, and I have all the graphics to create
sponsorship collateral.

Thanks in advance.

Brian
