Hello all,
I'm developing a "Healthy Lifestyles" program for school/youth groups. The
content includes topics such as the Food Pyramid, reading food labels,
healthy menu planning, and the negative effects of poor nutrition and lack
of physical activity on the body. Our facility has several great
interactives on the floor, but I'm looking for ways to make the "classroom"
component come alive as well. If anyone knows of any interesting
activities, and/or visual demonstrations related to these topics I'd be very
interested in any and all ideas and suggestions. Thanks!
