One thing that I found telling was to see what those commercial beekeepers
who have years of experience with the feeding of pollen supplements on large
scale have found.  This is not strictly scientific testing, but these guys
know how to compare the results of feeding different products.

There are some who use an amount of soy flour in their supplements
(including testimonials by our own Allen Dick).

However, on the West Coast and in Hawaii, where many very successful
operations are completely dependent upon supplemental protein feeding, one
has only to visit the Dadant warehouse in Chico (which supplies many of
these beekeepers with product).  They stopped even stocking soy flour some
years ago, because no one was asking for it anymore.
