Once again, you are misrepresenting what I said. I have talked about off-label meds since I joined this list ten years ago. And I have NEVER said it was prudent.

I agree that the regulators have been very slow to approve new treatments, which tends to encourage beekeepers to go "beyond the law". 

However, it would be far better if they organized and forced the regulators to be more responsive to their needs. Because once people feel that the laws don't apply to them, then it's open season.
