Hello, everyone.

Has anyone done any work evaluating school assembly programs or know
of someone else who has? I am specifically looking for:
1. The evaluation methodology implemented (written surveys, oral
interviews, etc.)
2. The type of evaluation tools used (written questionnaires with
multiple choice questions or open-ended questions, etc.)
3. The pros and cons of these different evaluation tools and approaches.

We are in the process of developing an assembly program for
elementary schools that is connected to an evening family health
outreach program that we already offer to this audience. As we begin
the development of this health-themed assembly program, we are also
thinking about ways in which we will evaluate it during its piloting.

I would appreciate any ideas with assembly program evaluation since
this type of program is relatively new for our museum!
