Hi! One I remember from the late 40's is called "Till The End of Time,"
using the melody from the much-loved Polonaise in A-flat major. If I
remember correctly, Perry Como made a hit recording of it.
Hi again! For the song "Till The End Of Time," enter the title in the
search bar of Google.
It's me again!
A movie about Chopin called, "A Song To Remember," came out in 1945,
starring Cornel Wilde. The most prominent music played in it was the
Polonaise. Right after that, Perry Como recorded the song, "Till The
End Of Time." Hope this sheds some light.
