ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

In Rochester NY, the Rochester Museum and Science Center is near the
Strong National Museum of Play, probably about a mile apart, and I think
on a common bus line. Oddly enough neither one of them seems to mention
this fact on their website. Seems like it would be an additional pull
for out-of-towners.
Cheers!
