That is a rhetorical question, Bill. The word "banned" has strong
connotations. (In fact, your previous use of that word regarding
clothianidin in France appears to be incorrect).
Would you be kind enough to check and see? This is supposed to be an
"informed" discussion group. It would be to the List's benefit if you would
inform us with accurate information. There should be public documents on
the web that detail the reason(s). It is easy to find the official
discussions on pesticide registration in the U.S.--am I correct to assume
that the same situation exists in France?
