I suspect that no comment would have been made had the political slant
of the tag line been different. Personally, I enjoy many of them and
ignore the rest.

Most of us have "tag lines" that are automatically put onto ALL of our
e-mails, not just the ones that go to this list. It is a form of
social commentary and ideological statement. Of course, you can ask
Anita to ban these, if you would like. :-)
