i'd be very interested in hearing more about the two above claims.  is there
any data (published or unpublished but that you can quote from) on these?

From presentations by Judy Wu on the Left Coast, and Dr Maryann Frazier on
the Right Coast.  They have data, not yet published to my knowledge.
