Zero. Same for my vegetable garden. Hand pick tomato horn worms, which is my
major pest.

I did push the envelope a bit on worms as I have almost no problem from
them. We encourage birds, so our flying pest problems are near zero.
However, as Brian noted, rusts and scabs are a bother but they are more
cosmetic than a problem.

Just to inject a little bee stuff in here, the vetch that we allow under the
trees attracts as many bees as the apple blossoms.
