This made me laugh "Might as well lay a prayer cloth over the inner cover. "
I feel like I should after the season we had.
I live in southern coastal Maine (zone 5 if you garden) and have 6 or 7
single 10 frame boxes that I am thinking of stacking with a double screens
between. Or instead of stacking putting them over stronger hives. The double
screen separators have entrances for the box on top. Anyone have success
with stacking?
I do not wrap or pillow, I use the 4" hole on the entrance reducer, have the
inner cover notch down and a hole in my second hive body, if no second hive
body I wedge the telescoping cover open a bit. We tend to have moist air
living on the coast.
