The chlorine will dissipate, leaving a slight residue of lye (sodium
hydroxide), but I don't know if it is strong enough to make much difference
to the bees.
One interesting fact that I came across when looking into bleach is that our
own cells produce the active ingredient, sodium hypochlorite, to kill
bacteria. Our cells also have enzymes to neutralize the excess. I don't if
honey bees have the same cellular enzymes.
