If you can get sucrose syrup from a factory (refiner) the price should
be less than bagged, since the plant has to dry out the syrup and
crystalize, then bag it.
Large bottlers buy a lot of syrup. Maybe these days most is HFCS, but
AFAIK, they were competing with beekeepers for delivery trucks and
dates with beekeepers up here when I bought tankerloads years ago.
