After 911 the largest nationwide testing of U.S. honey took place. Honey was
placed on a three year watch list. To my knowledge about every beekeeper
which sold honey in stores had honey tested. Both myself and Bell Hill Honey
were asked to provide honey.
From the information I have heard very few issues other than some honey with
HFCS was found with U.S. honey sold in stores and most store honey tested
the same as small beekeepers honey.
The results were published in the bee magazines but not sure of the month/
year issues and what was tested for.
