cement-based (water 
putty) mold.? It was originally poured around a sheet of unwired foundation and 
hinged on one side..



My first one was like that.? You need to spray a release agent - dilute washing up liquid - onto the mould before pouring the wax.? It gets easier when you have done a few trial sheets to warm it up.
