Joe (and others),
Sorry that it took me a couple of days to respond, but I didn't have this information to hand. The Xerces Society works closely with NRCS across the county, assisting with developing plant lists and programs that will help bees. In Pennsylvania, the NRCS has been preparing a plant list specifically for pollinators and are very interested in supporting pollinator habitat projects. They are also likely the people who provide technical help for the CREP program.
Two people you could contact in PA are:
Jim Gillis (district conservationist, Adams County) -- [log in to unmask]
Barry Isaacs (state biologist) -- [log in to unmask]
If this doesn't get you the information you want, please feel free to contact me again. I can connect you with the folks here are Xerces who are primarily engaged with the NRCS.
Matthew
