ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************
A garden is a natural source of inquiry - it is literally different every
day. It can be quite beautiful and accessible with raised beds and wide
paths of compacted crushed stone. It's a chance to help green your
community by showcasing both organic methods and locally-sourced food.
Planting a food garden also gives you a chance to create a CSA that can
either serve as a benefit for your staff or the less fortunate in your
community or can serve as a source of income to defray the costs of water,
plants, and labor.
