This is the time of year in the south that hive beetles when I observe
increased hive beetle populations. I fed patties in January to spring flow
and observed beetle activity and some beetle larvae around the patties even
then. Last two years the fall pollen flow wasn't that good due to drought,
and rain this year is causing borderline high moisture honey and perhaps
some issues with pollen collection as well. What is the best method to feed
supplement in face of the increased beetle populations? I'm thinking in a
liquid form like Megabee would be best, but what do others do?
