ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers

My experience comes from the entertainment industry, but for large
volumes. I have seen them use an ultrasonic cleaning machine and a
forced air drying machine, the kinds used for industrial parts. If your
glasses are battery powered and cannot be immursed in water, I think
they make a machine which uses whatever the environmentally friendly
equivalent to Freon is. I would contact the manufacturer of the glasses
and see what they recommend. Also contact theme parks. I've also found
the folks at IMAX to be more than helpful. They use a polarizing rather
than anaglyph system and understand the materials.
