Thanks Jonah,

There are a lot of great suggestions for carrying out take-apart activities, both in terms of learning and logistics.  I'm more interested in strategies or suggestions to mitigate the exposure to lead, cadmium and other toxic materials that show up in so many of our modern, or sometimes not-so-modern, devices.
