I already mentioned this on this list before, but since IYA came up  
in this thread, I just wanted to remind you that the ASP and NASA's  
Night Sky Network (NSN) has just debuted a searchable database of  
hands-on astronomy activities, demos, and other resources. Check it  
out here:

NASA will be featuring a different theme each month in 2009 and NSN  
has also put together sets of activities and resources for each theme:
