Tamara, great plug!
Maria, I wrote an article for "The RFP Issue" and was on a panel about RFPs
and contracts at MAAM's Creating Exhibitions conference. Feel free to
contact me offline and I'll be happy to answer questions or offer tips.
Cheers,
Barbara

Maria,
Here's another plug for The Exhibitionist. The Spring 2007 issue was called
"The RFP Issue", and includes a wealth of helpful information, written by
museum staff as well as staff from design and fabrication firms. It
described a variety of approached to the RFP process, and outlines what
kinds of information about your project should be included in an RFP to
ensure that you get useful responses. See http://n-a-m-e.org/journal/.
Regards,
Tamara

Does anyone have an "exhibition plan" that they would be willing to share. I
am looking for some sort of planning document that will give me ideas on how
to write and develop a plan to help me to prepare an RFP for Exhibit Design
services.
Thanks,
Maria
