Pittsburgh's original Buhl Planetarium and Institute
of Popular Science, used as Pittsburgh's primary
science and technology museum from 1939 to 1991, did
have a Workshop on the Lower Level, off of the
Mezzanine, where exhibit components were repaired,
maintained, and sometimes constructed.
