Sounds a lot like the millet flour "we" (Dr. Kauffeld) tried there in
the 1970s. Small cakes turned as hard as cement.
Keith Doull had a mix that worked in the 1960s, packaged by Kraft - it
worked, mostly because the fiber wrap kept it from drying out.
