The Science Center of Iowa is looking to update how phone calls are
routed when they come in to our facility.  We currently use an automated
menu of options with an option to speak to an operator at the end but we
have had mixed reviews from people who prefer to talk to a "real person"
right away.  Does anyone have a phone tree or incoming call handling
process they can share with us that has worked well for your
participants?
