It was announced at the conference in Florida 
that future meetings will probably be:

         2011    Austin, Texas (confirmed)
         2012    Baltimore, MD (confirmed, I think)
         2013    Leicester (being discussed)
         2014    Quebec City, Canada (confirmed)
         2015    possibly the Northwest (Seattle ????)

This is great and means SHA will possibly be 
going to three different foreign countries over 
the next five years: England, Canada and Texas.

Perhaps Pat Garrow (Chair, Conference Committee) 
can check this list and confirm it (?).
