All the "natural" treatments are noticable to the bees. Fanning, brood
kill, etc. Not trying to imply otherwise.
Once treatment is over, the colonies appear to rebound soundly, with a lot
fewer mites. And the colonies are able to stay alive and thrive.
Nothing's perfect, but I'd rather make the bees clean up thymol than die
from mites.
