This is to retain historical records of inspections - a very valid reason.
What is less valid is that we are unable to move apiaries between current
and non-current, or to edit notes. However, we can change grid references
and names of apiaries - so I can rename and move an apiary 500 miles if I
like! Who on earth designed such a crazy system??? No wonder it is going
to cost £2.3M to sort out!
