Hello,
The UK had the good sense to get an exception for Fumidil use.  It seems to break down rapidly and one of the Professors I spoke to said  they had never detected residues of it in any honey sample.  
The detection limit where no MRL exists is 10PPB - I do not know what the action limit is.
