Mark,
That is actually a mark used by the Kerr Manufacturing Company.  It is an
angel over a crown logo.  It appears that this mark was first used at their
Portland plant, which opened in 1904.  Toulouse does have a listing for this
plant but you can also check the website below as it gives a little more
information.

Hi,

Have checked Toulouse, both Bottle Marks and Canning Jars, and can't 
locate.  Seems very similar to the logos on the FEDEX package in CAST 
AWAY, but ....   Comments welcome.
