Hi folks

You might like to know that Dr Chris King, newsletter editor for SPMA
and a research fellow at Leicester has just been appointed to a
permanent lectureship at Nottingham university- I think its in late
medieval archaeology but I suspect Chris will not take that boundary too
seriously like many of us in Europe. He is a buildings specialist so he
follows in a long line of such at Nottingham- the late Maurice Barley
and Phil Dixon. A piece of good news amongst the gloom of collapsing
civilization. I hope Chris has a long and distinguished career.

All the Best

paul
