I too would like to offer my condolences to the family of Dr.  Barka.  I knew 
Norm largely through the SHA Board.  He was the  newsletter editor at that 
time and, during my term, transitioned off of the  board.  I remember him as a 
quite kind and thoughtful man, one whose  opinion I respected quite a lot.  He 
will be missed.
